In this program, we work on the skills and key processes you will need to develop your employees to achieve organizational goals. These skills include setting clear expectations, providing positive and corrective feedback, and delivering an effective performance appraisal.
PIPs may be used/ introduced to address issues to meet specific job performance-related issues or even behavior-related concerns. PIPs lead to several varied outcomes, including improvement in overall performance, the recognition of a skills or a gap in training, or possible employment actions such as transfer, demotion or termination.
